Our custom Foamex printing is lightweight, flexible and durable and incredibly versatile.
Product Description
Foamex is a highly versatile material and perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
It is lightweight, flexible and durable and can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface.
Our Foamex is finished by digitally printing onto self-adhesive vinyl and applied to a rigid 3mm or 5mm thick Foamex to ensure the best quality print. The self-adhesive vinyl finish is not visible on the Foamex.
As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp. Standard product tolerance of expansion is up to 5mm per linear metre.
Our Foamex material is M1/B1 Fire-Rated and trimmed to size as standard.
The maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (8ft × 4ft approx.) Multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.
